Webinar Consultant for Coaches
You are good at coaching. The webinar is a different skill: moving 200 strangers from "I need more information" to "I need this program" in 60 minutes, then getting them on a call. I have done it more than 500 times for coaches in Europe, the Middle East and North America.
A webinar consultant for coaches builds the webinar that sells your program and the system around it. For coaches specifically I handle:
- The script: wrong diagnosis, one aha moment, live self-diagnosis, implementation offer
- The offer structure and the pitch for programs between €1,000 and €15,000
- Show-up and follow-up on email and WhatsApp, with the sales call booking flow
- Evergreen conversion once the live version proves itself
I am Ayoub Kaddouri, a full stack growth consultant. I work across SEO, technical marketing, paid ads, reporting and martech instead of one channel, which is why clients hire me when the problem sits between departments. Ten years running paid ads, eight on email, six on SEO and six on WhatsApp automation. Over the last six years I have built, scripted or fixed more than 500 webinars, and the funnels around them have produced over €40 million in sales. That includes the operating system behind Bob Proctor's Thinking Into Results funnel and the GCC coaching brand where we tripled live attendance. I have worked with coaches in Europe, the Middle East and North America, and with B2B and industrial companies that needed a technical demo turned into a webinar that produces pipeline. Coaching is where I started with webinars, and it is still the bulk of my webinar work.
01 Why coaching webinars fail
Coaches build webinars like a free lesson. Good content, five takeaways, a pitch at the end that feels bolted on. Attendees thank you, leave, and never buy. The problem is not the content. The webinar never changed what they believe about their problem.
- Wrong diagnosis left intact. They came in believing they need more information. They leave believing the same thing, with more information.
- Too many ideas. Twenty slides of value, no single moment where they see themselves.
- Offer as a product list. Modules, calls, bonuses. It sounds like a course, and they already own courses.
- No bridge to the call. The pitch ends with a link. High-ticket needs a conversation, and the webinar has to make booking it feel natural.
The webinar delivers understanding. The program is where the framework gets installed. Understanding is free. Implementation is what they pay for. Everything in the script serves that contrast.
02 The structure that sells programs
The method is written up in detail in 5 webinar tips for selling a trading program. The short version for coaches:
- Attack the wrong diagnosis (minutes 0 to 15)Agree with what they believe, then show the evidence that breaks it.
- One brutal aha moment (minutes 15 to 25)Two people with the same knowledge, different results. The difference is the thing your program installs.
- Live self-diagnosis (minute 25)A poll where every option is a symptom your program fixes. They admit the problem themselves.
- Framework at the level of understanding (minutes 25 to 40)Enough to see the path, not enough to walk it alone.
- Cost of doing it alone (minutes 40 to 48)Time, money, the pattern of trying and stopping.
- Implementation offer and call booking (minute 50)The program as the place the framework gets installed. Booking the call as the obvious next step, with an application to protect your calendar.
03 How I work with coaches
- AuditI watch your current webinar, read your show-up emails, look at the sales call notes. You get a written diagnosis in a week.
- Offer and belief chainWe rebuild the offer language and write the beliefs for minute 10, 30 and 50 before touching slides.
- Script and slidesFull script with timing, poll, stories, transitions and pitch. Slide structure you can build in your tool.
- Show-up and follow-upEmail and WhatsApp sequences, replay deadline, call booking page, sales call script and CRM tags for your closers.
- First live run and evergreenI am in the room for the first run. We fix what the numbers show. Then we record the best version and automate it.
04 Coaches in the Middle East and beyond
A large part of my coaching work is with coaches in the GCC and wider Middle East, alongside Europe and North America. The webinar structure is identical. The delivery details change:
- WhatsApp is the main show-up and follow-up channel in MENA. Email is secondary.
- Arabic and bilingual webinars need the poll and the aha story adapted, not translated.
- Payment plans and bank transfer flows matter more. The pitch has to handle them cleanly.
- Sales calls close at higher rates when the agent is matched to the lead's profile. I built a scoring CRM with agent matching for exactly this on the Thinking Into Results funnel.
For a 234K-subscriber coaching brand in the GCC, a full-spectrum audit tripled live webinar attendance and lifted close rate.
05 Who this is for
- Business, mindset, trading, health and relationship coaches selling €1K to €15K programs
- Coaches with an audience (list, social, YouTube) and a program that has sold on calls
- Coaches moving from launches to an evergreen webinar
- Coaching companies with a sales team that needs better-prepared leads
- Coaches with no offer yet
- Programs under €300 with no call
- Looking for someone to deliver the webinar on your behalf
Want your coaching webinar rebuilt?
Send me the replay. I will watch it and tell you on the call exactly which belief is not moving and where the pitch loses the room.
